Use this form to register for an upcoming class. Registration has to be
completed a week prior to the class date. Registration after the class

Class is limited to 20 participants and will be awarded on a first come basis.
Every attempt will be made to give days and times requested.

In order to secure your spot in class, a non refundable deposit of $10.00 is necessary either via pay pal or a
check sent to:

The deposit will go toward your class fee. Upon arrival to class, the remainder of the fee is due. Please view
class prices on the fee page. Please bring payment receipt to class as proof of deposit.
