Safe Women Safe Kids LLC is an organization dedicated to the prevention of abuse, abduction, rape, and sexual assault
of women & children through empowerment, education, and interactive training.
The practical, effective self defense classes will teach women and children how to identify and determine their personal
risk factor, evade conflict, prepare if conflict is unavoidable, defend, and successfully win an attack. Classes are
conducted in a fun and interactive manner with respect and safety for all participants. Each class offers pertinent
information, introduction to vital skills, and the application of these new skills. All classes stress the importance of
awareness, boundary setting, personal value, psychological preparedness, and scientifically tested effective techniques.
The children’s classes contain age appropriate material. Parents do need to be present during the entire class for 3-8 yr
olds. All other children’s classes, the parent is not required to remain in the class. The children’s classes consist of
games, role plays, fun interaction, awareness, verbal and physical age appropriate self defense. Children's classes (ages)
can be combined to accommodate Home School groups, Church Groups, Mother's Groups, etc.
Women’s self defense classes are for ages 16 and older. The classes are appropriate for all women regardless of skill level,
conditioning, or endurance. There are basic and advanced women’s self defense classes as well as specialized classes
such as dating classes (IPV), college classes, Mom classes, falling & ground fighting, releases from grabs and holds, key
chain self defense and many more.
For convenience and a sense of comfort, classes are held on location at your facility. They may be held at church
activity centers, schools, colleges, places of employment, or other community locations. Group rates apply for all
groups consisting of more than 12 participants. Minimum group limit is 10 participants.
Classes and speaking engagements are offered to Women's Business Associations, Women's Groups, Mother's Groups,
Schools, Church Groups, Day Cares, Girl Scout Groups, Girls Athletic teams, etc. Coordinators of a group of 12 or
more participants get the class for free as a token of appreciation for encouraging other women to take
their safety seriously.
